Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days as of delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item and its packaging must be in new condition. Scratches, finger marks, etc. on the item will incur a 25% restocking fee as we can no longer sell the item as new. Damaged or missing packaging for the item will incur a 25% restocking fee as we can no longer sell the item as new. Shipping charges will not be refunded nor return shipping charges. Import duty refunds are the responsibility of the consumer.
Custom products such as SDI cables are not eligible for return.

Items returned to Nine Volt for warranty or return inspection will be considered abandoned 90 days after our last communication with you if you do not respond to our communication. Abandoned items will be disposed of.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Scratches, finger marks, etc. on the item will incur a 25% restocking fee as we can no longer sell the item as new. Damaged or missing packaging for the item will incur a 25% restocking fee as we can no longer sell the item as new. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@nine-volt.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
